Program Structure and Philosophies

Throughout the day, a teacher guides the children's learning with thoughtful lesson planning and preparation. This includes asking open-ended questions, making cautious suggestions, encouraging problem-solving skills, and creative thinking.

Another important role of the teacher is to carefully observe and document your child’s individual progress and relay any questions or concerns to you, the parent. Teachers also model appropriate language and social skills.

Communicating With Parents

Communicating with the parents of the children in our care is critical. We want you to understand our procedures, processes, and the thoughts behind them. You are the most important thing in your child's world, and research confirms that the most effective early childhood education programs are those in which the parents are involved.
